B. Lib Science or Graduate with Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute and computer literate with minimum 3 years experience.

2. Please download and print the Application Form from website. 
3. Fill up of google form and submission of hard copy of application form are mandatory. 
4. All details at Ser 1 (Personal data) are mandatory. Fill up in Block Capitals. 
5. Paste one recent coloured passport size photograph on the form and attach one additional photograph. 
6. Send DD for Rs 100/- (non-refundable) in favour of ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL BARRACKPORE, payable at – KOLKATA/ BARRACKPORE. 
7. Enclose self-attested photocopies with the application form as given below:- 

• (a) Class X marksheet and admit card. 

• (b) Class XII marksheet. 

• (c) Graduation marksheet. 

• (d) Post -Graduation Marksheet. 

• (e) B.Ed / D.EL.Ed certificate. 

• (f) CTET / TET certificate. 

• (g) OST (Score Card of AWES). 

• (h) Experience Certificate (if any). 

• (i) Govt valid one ID proof. 

8. Candidates who have not qualified in the OST are eligible to appear for the interview and demonstrate their teaching skills. However, if selected, they will be required to clear the OST within one year of their appointment, achieving a minimum of 40% marks overall. Those who have qualified in the OST should enclose a photocopy of their score card. 

9. Enclose photocopy of Score Card. Qualifying CTET/TET is mandatory for PRTs and TGTs. 

10. Age. As on 01 Apr 24, the age of the candidates should be: - 

Age limit & Minimum (Teaching) Experience Required 

(a) Below 40 Fresh Candidates (No Teaching Experience) 

(b) Below 57 Five years’ experience in appropriate category. 

11. Last date of submission: 15 Jan 2024 send by post/hand. No applications will be accepted via e-mail. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview OVER PHONE. 

 12. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
