Niranjan Mohapatra is an accomplished professional, educator, and thought leader in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) with 18 years of rich experience across academic, research, and public library systems. Currently, he serves as the Manager of the Learning Resource Centre at the World Skill Center Academy in Bhubaneswar, where he drives innovative knowledge management and leverages advanced technologies like AR/VR for immersive learning.

A UGC NET-qualified scholar, Niranjan has made significant institutional contributions throughout his career, notably as the Founder Librarian at the Black Diamond Library and Museum, and through impactful tenures at the NKC Centre for Development Studies (Bhubaneswar) and G.L. Bajaj (Greater Noida). Dedicated to education and mentorship, he serves as an Academic Counsellor for IGNOU and is actively associated with the Odisha Library Academy (OLA), contributing to the state's professional LIS community.

He is a prolific writer with 44 articles published across national and international journals, book chapters, and newspapers.
