Pay : Rs 12000/- (Rupees twelve thousand only) per month (Consolidated).

Age Limit : 35 years as on 01/09/2019. Age may be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Women and differently-abled candidates

Tenure of Appointment : The tenure of appointment will be upto 31 March 2020.

Essential Qualification and Experience :
Post-graduate degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) or MS in Library and Information Science with First Class and a Bachelor degree (under 10+2+3 system) from a recognised University / lnstitute with consistently good academic record. Candidate with knowledge of MARC21, DDC, Web Design, DSpace and Koha will be given preference.

Road, Kolkata - 700108 along with signed bio-data (in English), stating (a) Name (in block letters), (b) Mailing Address, (c) E-mail Address, (d) Telephone/Mobile No., (e) Parent'sl Spouse's Name, (f) Date of birth, (g) Aadhaar No., (h) Academic Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination), (i) Experience (if any), (j) SC/ST/OBC/Differently-abled status along with all attested copies of all certificates.

(ii) They should bring the original copies of all certificates for verification.

(iii) No TA / DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.

(iv) Candidates are requested to report to the office of the Library, Indian Statistical Institute, 203 B.T. Road, Kolkata - 700108 on 23 October 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
