Essential: Qualification- Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations

i. holding analogous posts on regular basis , or

ii. with at least 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 5400/-

in the relevant field, or

iii. with at least 6 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4800/- in the

relevant field, or

iv. with at least 7 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600/-

in the relevant field
