Qualification-  

Degree of a recognized university

Degree of Library Science from a recognized university or equivalent.

Eligibility-

Holding analogous post on regular basis

with 5 years regular services in the pay band of 5200-20200/ with GP 2400/-  or 

with 13 years regular services in the pay band of 5200-20200/ with GP 1900/-
